The fennel juice is legit!
Golden milk is really great as is the mint chip shake. All the cold pressed juices are delicious.

Nice but not pretentious. The meats are excellent - try the fennel sausage and rabbit meatballs. "Hidden" back patio is perfect for enjoying mild Santa Monica evenings with friends and lots of wine.
Omg the meatballs and fennel salami pizza!!! The butterscotch pot de creme is EVERYTHING!!!

Excellent small plates with a beautiful bar area to hang out before or after dinner. Beer and wine selections are great, didn't try the "non-cocktail" cocktails. Try the octopus.
Bouillabaisse is amazing.

I am Immortal tea + cacao is amazing. Like coffee but also like coarse hot chocolate. For meals, I recommend I am Celebrating. It is quite a happy and colorful raw dish.

kid friendly! we got a great table at happy hour that easily accommodated our little guy and his stroller. solid beer selection and good food. the lamb burger was esp. tasty.

Black cod is light and flaky yet with so much flavor. However, the veggies that come with it are underseasoned. Spicy tuna tartare is amazing!
Always busy, but well worth it during happy hour! Get the miniature burgers (odd tip for a sushi place, but whatever, they're awesome)!
