Service is great; this is definitely considered a luxury hotel in the area. Water in the fridge incurs extra charges btw
Very clean & spacious; good location. Owners don't speak English but it was ok. They moved our motorbikes in at night, & had generator power & wifi during a storm. Room has TV, tea, and great shower.
Best meal in Hanoi! The set meal = overpriced tourist scam. Just order cha ca + beer & enjoy! There's also more available than what's on the English menu, so ask. Food was great; so fresh & perfect.
Simple & great local spot. There's always a line, but it moves quickly. Order anything, you'll love it. The hot sauce is amazeballs - try it! Nobody here speaks English nor cares to.
Milk coffee & passion fruit smoothie is amazeballs here. Great place to just chill for a bit. Fans, no AC. Great service. Special coffee kicks hard & might keep you up all night.
Staff is friendly & helpful. Street-side rooms are sunnier but loud. Tour booking & laundry service available. Rooms cleaned daily. Bathrooms iffy, but are Vietnam standard. Restaurant by the lobby.
Lots of local Vietnamese having a fantastic rowdy time. Great scene, really local ingredients. Fantastic broth to the hotpot. Tried the minority chicken which was surprisingly tough & gamey.
