Ok so I didn't like the tonkotsu here (noodles are too thin for my liking), but the miso ramen and pork buns are amazing

If you end up with extra broth and are considering an order of extra noodles, try ordering the side of rice with runny egg instead. Our waitress suggested it today and it was excellent!!!

They'll tell you around dinner time that it's over an hour wait but if you're patient you'll be seated within the half hour. So many people ahead of you will get impatient and leave. Bumping u up!

The wait is normally long if you have more than 1 person (it could be a 2 to 3-hr wait). But I went there alone last time, and I was seated immediately.

Strict as anything on their "if you're not all here now you can't sit" policy. + If you add a person after you've been seated they might not be allowed to order. PORK BUNS.

I get the noodles done "katame" or hard al dente. And then order up a second noodle serving ("kaedama") while working on the chilled beer mug.

Whoa. Can't remember the last time I went somewhere so overrated! What a disappointment. I had the Akamaru Modern. Broth was tasty with plenty of scallions. However the pork was tough and flavorless.

Not sure why this place has 9.1. Im a ramen-lover and this place is far down on my list. Even my japanese friend seeing the pic of the bowl wasn’t enthusiastic. Spend your 20$ somewhere else 🥴
