At 11:18 am, August 30, 2020, I arrived to dine alone. Despite enough empty 2-seat tables, I’d have had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated - if there'd have been an unoccupied table after the wait.

Bakery to go inside the restaurant. Plain pastries legit but expansive. Good alternative when Colombe is too packed though!

Nothing to do with balthazar, I'm sorry... The service is not great. However all the food is really good : cheeseburger, lettuce w/ ham, and Salmon bagel are my must

Good lord order the crab terrine and butter lettuce and do your best to avoid the sad customers from the upper east side (or worse??) who are dressed like they're going sailing.

The server Stephanie is rude and disrespectful. My sisters and I were there this weekend and the attitude and shade from this lady is really scary. #lisarocks manager Lisa is amazing.
