The Souhwest hub is at terminal 1 making it the quickest to get to, but it's also the terminal most in dire need of a facelift. No good options for food other than fast food. Eat before you go.
Once you leave the secure area it's a ghosttown by baggage claim. No stores, not even a vending machine. Lovely how they unload all priority tagged bags last.
Kind of a cluster eff airport. Lines for Starbucks are insanely long in the morning and seats at the gates are extremely uncomfortable. Good luck trying to relax and nap in them :p.
For a major airport, LAX blows. There is nothing to do here. Your choices for food and drinks are incredibly limited and the terminals have no decent shopping, just newsstands and candy stores!
How come in the US Airways terminal, there are 3 bars, but none you can sit and order food and a beer? All 3, you have to go get your own food, then belly up. Long day, just want to be served.
Southwest in terminal 1 doesn't accept mobile boarding pass, but the the lady at baggage drop was nice enough to print one for me, thanks lady. Enjoy your flight
Limited food options in Terminal 3 for Gates 31-39: Burger King, Starbucks, and a seafood restaurant. If you want something else, plan to grab food before going to your gate.
