My ukranian friend and I each got borsch (beet soup), shared spinach and cheese dumplings + topped it off with potato pancakes w/ cream cheese and apple sauce. As authentic as could be.

Who needs to drink any other beer when there is Spaten Optimator from Munich here on tap? Dark, strong, fruity, malty, creamy and with a caramel after taste. I love it and this a great German place!

The Hungarian goulash with potato pancakes is especially belly-warming comfort food.

Not sure how often tango night happens here, but find out and GO! A uniquely beautiful scene. All ages dancing together cheek to cheek in the EV -- loved it!
get the virginia surryano ham eggs Benedict. it's definitely a pungent ham but goes great w the eggs and potato pancakes
Yum!! Get the brussel sprouts & cheesy cauliflower. Tom says the steak filet is excellent as well.
If the Cote De Boeuf (ribeye... with bone marrow bernaise sauce served in a bone!) is on the menu get it get it get it cause it's the most delicious thing ever! (good for 3-way split too)

Great breakfast spot! Authentic and tasty. I had the omelet with onions and lox and it was incredible. Big portions at a low cost!
Eastern European vegetarian lunch counter. Go for breakfast hash browns, egg and cheese sandwiches on challah, and plenty of Old World charm.
Get the fondue for two, a bottle of red (if they don't have an alcohol license yet, ask for the private stash), and finish off with their divine rendition of the pêche Melba.

Sautéed Kale is my favorite part in their menu! Plus the breakfast is REALLY REALLY great!!!
The vegan omelette is crazy good. I like mine with cheddar Daiya, onions, mushrooms, and kale.
Pineapple boozie sangria pops are kinda genius. Also go for the pineapple jerk slider.
Loved the decor. My French toast was very disappointing - dry and small and not many toppings. However my boyfriends meal (potato pancakes) were really good! Waitress was unfriendly though. 5/10
The tricolor pasta is one of my favorites, but pretty much everything else I tried was excellent. The beet ravioli was a great surprise too!
