Afternoons here are great! Lots of people watching, open doors and windows to the corner and Dawn makes the best mint juleps on Bourbon Street.
If you are not an absinthe connaisseur, try the New Orleans one. Mixed up with mint and Pastis, very good!

Get a reservation and sit outside in the cooler weather. Very small, very intimate, but one of the MOST delicious, hide-a-ways, tucked neatly accross from the US Mint. A must tru for foodies!

The bar bites are amazing. Seafood beignets and the jambalaya, crawfish pie and file gumbo trio are out of this world.

This place is tiny, cozy & cute. I love the decor & upstairs seating. The Cuban is 100% on point and their espresso drinks have simple finesse. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Jambalaya and a Benedict bar during a jazz brunch is excellent. Try the biscuits, gravy and rice, while saving room for the many dessert options.
Best brunch around. 100x classier than any other place you'll find on Bourbon Street. Try everything (literally), it'll take you 2-3 trips to the buffet.
Excellently designed tiki cocktails. Lapu Lapu bowl is especially good (and a bartender favorite apparently). Chicken wings are surprisingly exquisite.
"The other Tiki bar" may have won Food & Wine's Best New Bar in the US, but L29's dream team of mixologists creates far superior cocktails that are not only drinkable but also delicious.
