Yarn Lam: Not too much ice and the lapsang souchong milk tea tastes like nothing from the mass market brands. Gentle hints of sweetness in the tea. I’ll pick this anytime.
Yarn Lam: Large, comfortable shop with variety of textiles for your suits and shirts. Good service and not too pushy with sales. Clothes can be done in 4 days.

Yarn Lam: It’s quite cramped so queue in single file. Get ready coins for the 4 baht ferry to Wat Arun to make your life easier than waiting for the lady to rummage for change in her basket.

Yarn Lam: The pepper is very spicy so order a small portion if you aren’t sure. It’s crazy eating this on a sweltering Bangkok evening. Pig innards and stomach well-prepared without the gamey smell.
Yarn Lam: This hidden place is fantastic. Great coffee and bar seats by the window watching the BTS and traffic go by. Meat sauce pasta was slightly overcooked though very tasty.
Yarn Lam: A movie experience like no other, be prepared for lots of shaking, flashing lights and whooshing gusts blown in your face. Wish the wind was warm instead of cold though. 55555
Yarn Lam: Short walk from Silom MRT or Sala Daeng BTS. Great tasting and inventive food from the chef. A casual and relaxed Chef’s Table, don’t expect anything too fancy.
Yarn Lam: All sorts of accessories, clothes and shoes on 7 levels of shopping. Top floor for souvenir foodstuff at good prices, even cheaper than supermarket.

Yarn Lam: The World’s Best Airport is always improving and never rests on its laurels. Fantastic facilities and shops in transit area open 7AM-1AM. Welcome to Singapore!
Yarn Lam: Egg coffee sounds strange but it is definitely not raw egg + coffee (most people’s first impression). Creamy, smooth, tastes nothing like eggs, perfect pairing with the dark strong viet coffee.
Yarn Lam: Maddest traffic here in the whole world. Don’t assume you have right of way with the green man, and watch both sides of the road for scooters even if it is a one-way street. Cross surely and slowly.

Yarn Lam: Starbucks is always quiet in places with an established home coffee culture. Pricey - yes if compared to Vietnamese coffee shops, but no if compared to Starbucks in other countries. Nice place.
Yarn Lam: Only 6 things on the menu and they all revolve around fish. Grilled fish and fish guts fried with fresh herbs at your table. Eat it with the noodles, peanuts and sauce! Tasted delicious!

Yarn Lam: Can’t go wrong with fried chicken wings and the huge rotisserie roasted chicken legs. Grab a bag and take what you want, self-service. No orderly queue here though.
