My favorite steak place in the city! The T-bone is amazing, the burger is good, and lamb chops are delish if they're on the menu. Also: The dirty martinis are strong but smooth! Yummmm.

Nice atmosphere. Music was great. There are some good seats close to the piano. The wait staff was very helpful with recommendations. The gin and tonic was excellent, a little on the stiff side.

My favorite neighborhood joint. Go for brunch and relish in their homemade muffins. Come in the evening and order the ribs, steak, scallops, specials...! All good and rarely disappointed.

BF loved their flat iron steak that went great with the Irony pinot noir as well as asparagus and chimichurri. Giannone roasted chicken overmarinated but creamed spinach and pea mash saved it.

the crab cake app was my favorite. we shared the tbone (meh) and the choc souffle, which was great. a bit heavy for lunch for service was great so we'd go back!

The specialty is the T-Bone, but you can order it as a Porterhouse for a little more filet mignon. Don't forget the skinny fried onion rings. Best steaks in NY and cool jazz performers Fri & Sat nite.

Get the French onion soup, the lamb tenderloin flatbread, the blistered peppers, the salmon or tuna entrees, any of the steaks, the creamed spinach, and definitely the chocolate soufflé!

Not as stuffy or expensive as other steakhouses in the city, but just as delicious. Get the T-bone with sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Save room for their famous cheese cake.

Old school neighborhood restaurant that probably hasn’t been updated since 1985. Great atmosphere, solid food, attentive wait staff, a New York institution.

Do not go on a Friday or Saturday night; staff & kitchen don't know how to handle the crowds. That said, one of the best steaks in New York.

The Knick has THE best Beet Salad I've ever tasted... and I order it in every restaurant I go to. Such a good restaurant to have in the neighborhood, always busy.

Wasn't really what we were looking for - more "grill" (restaurant) than bar. Martini was ok, draft list left something to be desired. Cornbread was good! Short rib that tablemates got looked good.

Used to sit in the bar section all the time before my father and I got ripped off by whoever decided that a steak for two was half size and fought us over it. It lost its cool at some point.

Right in the heart of the NYU neighborhood. I recommend going there for lunch and getting a salad with a crab cake sandwich.
