Experience the rebirth of one of the most celebrated downtown San Francisco hotels - Park Central Hotel San Francisco.
Nice and clean with great views. Super plush beds.
The view from rm. 2001. Get it. Also, don't put things in the mini bar, request a separate fridge or you will be $$$.
Rooms ending in #22 have a nice view to the Kearney St
Try to get a room higher up. It's worth it for the beautiful sf view. Could see Alcatraz as well as part of the golden gate bridge. Great location. Expensive parking.

Go for the double the king rooms are small.
Rude staff, outdated decor, can't even fulfill simple requests. 4/10 with rice.
Onion soup a bit disappointing.
Happy new year!!
Other than the window view nothing great
Service is great!
This is more of Sheraton with Westin branding slapped on it. Better to stay at the W down the block
Отель очень средний ;( Тянет на 3 звезды, но не на 4! На пару дней можно остаться, а вот если на недельку планируете, то лучше другой отель подобрать! Вай фай платный, а парковка стоит 60 долларов !!!
Nice and quiet rooms, good breakfast.
If you are not on SPG , do it. You will get for sure on a higher floor with a view.
Super comfy bed :) Ask for a high floor for some great views of the city. They have a Tesla charging station!
Excellent location, excellent rooms
push hard for an upper floor. don't fall for anything below the 20th. charm the person checking you in, they have the power. nice hotel. just what you'd expect.
Hotel room quality and size is fantastic. Equivalent to Intercontinental Asia.
At check-in counter in the lobby, you can change foreign currencies to dollars.
Nice views, but bathroom is tiny and dark.
Worst ever hotel. Paper thin walls. I listen to the man in the room next to me cough as I write this. Oh and their entire key system is down and I waited 30 minutes to be let into my room. At 11pm.
It's in a great location! Not too far from union square, and it's extremely easy to catch a cab. I'd recommend doing the "free breakfast buffet" upgrade with your stay, it is well worth it.
This Westin is ok at best for a Westin
Epic New Year's Eve 2014 Party at The Westin - Market Street, San Francisco, CA, early @ Tuesday December 31 2013. Grab your tickets @
Great service here when an employee went way above & beyond the call of duty for me. During BART outage -- employee offered to drive me to airport himself due to taxi shortage. Amazing gesture.
Hard to get service at times, when it is busy.
The staff doesn't give you the time of day unless you are business oriented and wearing a suit. I'm a doctor and was barely acknowledged... It shouldn't matter your profession a guest is a guest.
Beds are sooo uncomfortable it's ridiculous. Always long lines at the concierge, they are nice enough. Bathtub makes so much noise I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Too expensive.
Parking in the Hearst lot across the street is the way to go....even if your company is paying.
Pretty standard Westin if your used to SPG hotels. Higher floors are better. This is also a high volume hotel...(meaning conference hotel). Not their best Westin but definitely not their worst.
You want to workout at 6am? Are you crazy? The hardcore road warriors at this hotel fill up every square inch of the gym by 5:45am. Slacker.
Why are these toilets so small?!
When they're cleaning the bathrooms, they put up a sign saying they're being "renewed" á la Logan's run. And the stall does go all the way to the floor. Great for some quick sex.
The multiple device tips are outdated now. You are allowed up to 5 devices now.
1710 also has a virw of the city
Nice but some really weird things like $15 WiFi per device and a mini bar fridge with no space to put anything of your own-would have to call for a second fridge
Rooms near the electricity room could be noisy.
While views are excellent on top floors, rooms are tiny, especially by Starwood platinum standards. The W, St. Regis, and Palace are all excellent Starwood properties within minutes walking distance.
Had an incredible view and nice rooms.
Great views and reasonable sized fitness room BUT NO pool
If you're put in a handicapped room, the shower head doesn't go higher than 5 feet. You also get two peep-holes on the door.
I'm not sure if this is always the case, but the lincoln town car limo only costs $3 more than taking a taxi to the airport!
Great hotel. I love it
The best bath products I' ve ever seen in a hotel. I ❤Heavenly!
Comfortable, well located hotel with friendly, gracious staff. Represents the spirit of San Francisco well. Plus, great views.
Charging for wifi in 2013, in SF?
A pretty solid hotel, with generally friendly staff. There are a few guys at the front desk who are a bit too full of themselves, but that shouldn't impact your stay much.
A "full service" metropolitan hotel that STILL does not provide lunchtime room service or late evening room service. Time to FINALLY step up your game Westin
