Halstead Property: Chef Kurt Gutenbrunner does Austria proud with Wallse. The oxtail goulash was the best we’ve had in the city, and even traditional dishes like the poached Maine lobster are a cut above the rest.
Michelin Travel & Lifestyle: A few doors down the chef has a wine bar, the Upholstery Store with a global assortment of wines and reasonably priced snack to match with the chefs signature Austrian influence. - Inspector

Eater: Offal-freaks will want to try the stomachs, intestines, and tongues, but there are a few steaks on the menu for less adventuresome diners, too. [Eater 38 Member]
H Q: overrated; place is not that amazing; over priced and tiny portions, but the environment puts non-Asian diners at ease about eating offal who might otherwise get overwhelmed in ktown or Chinatown
