- The pork belly is amazing. Honestly who puts coffee grinds into their BBQ dry rub?! Who does that?? Fette Sau does.
- Obstensibly, you order your food by the pound here, but it's easier to tell the counter person what types of meat you want, how many people you are and how hungry you are.
