These were one of the worst ribs ever, grease and low quality meet. Maybe we were just unlucky, but we were really disappointed.

The pork belly is amazing. Honestly who puts coffee grinds into their BBQ dry rub?! Who does that?? Fette Sau does.

Obstensibly, you order your food by the pound here, but it's easier to tell the counter person what types of meat you want, how many people you are and how hungry you are.

It was horrible. The people serving the meat had attitudes. It's way way way over priced for the food. All those good reviews from yelp must come from people that were drinking there.
