There's almost always delays here. But, if you have a Metrocard it's cheaper (free) to get to this airport using the Select Bus Service than having to take NJ Transit to Newark.

The people who work here are rude in general, I don't know why but I think work environment is not good. WiFi is limited to 30 minutes. They have cool place that have a lot of tablets for people to use

Say what you will about the physical state of LGA, at least it has extensive TSA pre check (JFK does not) and it is quicker to get to than JFK from most points in NYC.

It took me around 90 minutes to get to LGA by subway and bus from 43rd and 6ave and missed my flight. Come early! The reconstruction sucks and you need an extra time because of the airport traffic

If you're going to Boston, DC, or Chicago on Delta, you probably need to be at the Marine Air Terminal- NOT the regular Delta Terminal. There's a free shuttle to get there.

if you need a cart, don't pay the $5 at baggage claim, walk out to the taxi area and snag an abandoned cart for free. usually lots of them and lots of turnover

I perfer JFK better since they seem more organized there. However if you do fly out here make sure you get there early to avoid extra hassle.

Gate D is at Terminal B. I can only assume this exists to stress me out. Give yourself ATLEAST 30 mins to clear security. And try a traditional cab over Uber.

Pro tip: if C security is long you can go through D and take the shuttle (and vice versa). Leave yourself time but not so much time that you have to sit in the crappy terminals.

They made uber pickup super inconvenient. u have to wait 30-60 minutes in the line just to get to the car with the fuc*ing code then there is terrible traffic to get out of airport. avoid LaGuardia!

If you are flying Delta, all flights do NOT leave from the main terminal so make sure to check the gate letter -- if it begins with C, have the cab drop you off at Terminal C.

Getting home by car service? Ask them to meet you at the departures. Instead of going downstairs walk straight out, less traffice, and parking police won't hassle them.

Apparently, TSA does strictly enforce that you go to through the security lines for your particular gate. So forget about meeting a friend who has a layover on a different airlines.

Do NOT try to sit on your buddy's shoulders & wrap a long trenchcoat around the two of you, creating the illusion of a single, very tall passenger--they have seen this trick before.

Good chance your flight will board close to on time...don't get too excited, be prepared to sit on the tarmac for awhile. This is one airport you definitely DON'T want to be one of the 1st to board.

Probably the worst airport in the United States, or even in the western world. Joe Biden's comparation of LaGuardia to a third world country is the most on point comment he has ever made.
